It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gwyn L. Thompson (Washburn, Illinois), born in Fennimore, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 21, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Gutherz and Myrtle Nelson Gutherz; her husband James "Jim" E. Thompson; and her brother David Gutherz. She is survived by: her children, Denise Thompson of Peru, IL and Steven Thompson (Mary) of Alpena, MI; her sisters, Ivanelle Cunningham of Minonk, Betty Uphoff of Washington and Norma Haase of Benson; and her niece Jane Marshall. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
