Horn of Washburn, Illinois, born in Mendota, Illinois, who passed away on December 25, 2020, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Horn and Mary Harris Horn; and his wife Helen Ann Blackburn. He is survived by: his children, April Chaney (PJ), Adam Bend (Sherry), Andrea Langham (Mark), Abygail Horn and Zachary Horn. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
