She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Addison and Myrtle Marie Ruffcorn (Fryer); her siblings, Hazel, Norma, Sue, Virginia, Everett, Logan, Wendell, Kenneth, Junior and Melvin; and her daughter-in-law Renee Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald "Ron" Kent Smith of Warsaw; her children, Todd Smith of Warsaw, Kelly Nagel (Chuck) of Warsaw and Tara Brunenn (Ryan Thompson) of Warsaw; her grandchildren, Jessica Tzenevrakis of Keokuk, Jordyn Smith of Warsaw, Bailey Nagel of Warsaw, Kendall Nagel of Warsaw and Delaney Brunenn of Warsaw; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Cassidy Tzenevrakis and Mackenzie; her siblings, Donna Harness (Jim) of Warsaw, Illinois and Carroll Ruffcorn (Jo) of Austin, Texas; and her half-brother Larry Tripp. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
