He is survived by: his wife Linda Leffler of Warsaw; his children, Kimberley Shinn of Quincy, Illinois and Robert "Bobby" Leffler, Jr. (Patty) of Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Nate Moore (Shelby Reneau) of Keokuk, Jack Leffler of Iowa City, Andrew Moore of Kahoka, Charlie Leffler of Minneapolis and Alyssa Leffler of Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin; his great grandchildren, Elliott Moore, Cooper Moore, Ryker Turner and Layton Wilson; his sisters, Samantha Leffler King and Amanda Leffler; and his siblings-in-law, Lois Leffler, Kelly Denning, Doug, Robin Lee, Gary and Kathy Stansbery. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Memorials may be directed to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
