Barber of Warsaw, Illinois, born in Keokuk, Iowa, who passed away on April 20, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Barber and Jean Barber (Dedman); his wife Karen; his grandson Richard L. Barber, III; and his brothers, Jim and Dave Barber.

He is survived by : his sons, Richard L. Barber, Jr. (Pam) and Randy Barber; his grandson Harley Jones; and his great grandchildren, Tara Jones (Caleb), Wyatt Jones and Ruby Jones.
