We are sad to announce that on June 28, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Michael George Shearer of Warsaw, Illinois. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, George Amos Shearer and Ruth Shearer Johnson (Riddle); his grandson Bentley James Kensett; his siblings, Richie and Cassie Shearer; and his nephew Steven Wharton.

He is survived by : his wife Kelly Kensett of Warsaw; his children, Dacia Shearer of North Carolina, Michael Shearer, Jr. of North Carolina, Kayla Kensett (Harold) of Cedar Rapids and James Kensett (Alisha) of Keokuk; his grandchildren, Destinee, Gaidge, K'Lyn, Kryschtan, Blaze, Wyatt, Khloe, Dakota and Emmett; his sisters, Patty Seaver (Leland) of Keokuk, Melanie Shearer (Robby) of Georgia and Dianna Meredith (Bill) of Keokuk; and his nephew Josh Brown. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins.

A memorial fund has been established.
