He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Curtis and Marilyn Curtis Buckert; his stepfather Harold Buckert; his brother Rodney Curtis; and his sister-in-law Denise Hampton.
He is survived by: his spouse Lester T. "Chips" Hohn, Jr.; his brothers, Christopher Curtis (Susie) of Columbia, IL and Robert Curtis of Seattle, WA; his stepsiblings, Diane Jones (Kenny) of Warsaw, IL, Phyllis Frey of Keokuk and Tommy Buckert (Laura) of Hamilton, IL; and his brothers-in-law, Kevin Hohn (Cindy) of Winfield, MO and Dennis Hampton of St. Peters, MO. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
