He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Elizabeth Ann Spivak (Jeffrey), Dr. Scott Peterson (Kelli) and Alison Thayer (David); his grandchildren, Terry, Meghan, David, Michael, William, Ryan, Olivia, Jade, Andrew and Caitlin; and his sister Wanda Robbins.
