He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony "Tony" and Genevieve "Jean". He is survived by : his wife Billie Sue; his children, Rick, Kelley Gillenwater (John), Kevin (Christy), Rachel Rowley, Jessica Oster (David) and Reyna; and his sister Carol Brancato. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, four (soon to be five) great-grandchildren, and many nephews and nieces.

“Sorry to hear of Ralphs Passing ,I worked with him at Elliott Construction in 1986 to 1988 .He was always easy to work with and a great foreman when I worked with him .He was one of the best and talented finishers and foreman Rob had at his company.God Speed Ralph rest in peace. Matt Weismiller”
