He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ruth "Lynn" Kemper; his children, Carol, Ronald (Kimberly), Kerri, Juli (James) and Mark; his grandchildren, Brianna, Elena, Katelynn, Alyssa, Faith, Sierra, Ellen and Kristopher; and his brother Wayne Kemper (Gail). He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
