He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, James Mays, John Kammermann and Francisco Alvarez; and his significant other Danielle Marie Clark. He is survived by: his parents, Jose Alvarez and Linda Alvarez of Warrenville, IL; his siblings, Melynda Mays (Charlie) of Plainfield, IL, Eric Alvarez (Candice) of Aurora, IL, Anthony Alvarez (Isabella) of North Aurora, IL and Keith Gubala of Darien, IL; his grandmothers, Gertrude Kammermann of Willisville, IL, Delphina Alvarez of Chachapa and Puebla (Mexico); and his nieces and nephews, Kaylee, Rylan, Austin, Brody, Anabella and Ella.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Alex's parents. In Alex's memory, the donations will be given to a charity that influenced his life and was close to his heart.
