It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Zachary Cornell (Warrensburg, Illinois), born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on April 5, 2018, at the age of 34, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his stepfather James VanKleek; his sister-in-law Amber Vallandingham; and his friend Mark Ingram. He is survived by: his parents, Donald Cornell and Janie Cornell-Vankleek; his children, Kaley Cornell of Warrensburg, Carter Cornell of Warrensburg and Ally Donohue of Warrensburg; his siblings, Megan Cornell of Dawson, IL, Joshua Cornell of Dawson, IL and Molly Cornell of Dawson, IL; his stepsisters, Jennifer Vankleek of Nebraska and Michell Simons (Kevin) of Iowa; his nephew Payton Nimmons of Decatur; his brother-in-law Aaron Woolever of Florida; his wife Arica Cornell; and also, Karmynn Lopez of Dawson, IL, Bob Foley, Tamara Foley of Decatur, Aunt Jill Nisbet and Uncle Jon Constant. He is also survived by his grandparents, several aunts and uncles.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to his wife, Arica Cornell.
