He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Francisco Rodriguez and Maria J. Rodriguez (Gonzalez); and his wife Peggy Joyce Blickem. He is survived by: his children, Lanora Fulscher and Scott Renner (Eneida) of Nashville, TN; his adoptive daughter Lanora J. Fulscher of Warrensburg, IL; and his great-nieces, Jennifer Black, Jamie Swick and Dena Barbush-Wentz.
