He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Curran and Marie Anna Poland (Troth). He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Hawkins; his daughters, Rebecca Williams (Toby) of Forsyth and Constance Poland (David Eckart) of Warrensburg; his grandchildren, Karissa Poland, Kyra Poland, Aiden Williams and Logan Williams; and his sister Barbara Thompson of Metamora.
