He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Bollheimer and Lucie Bollheimer (Lorton); and his brother Phillip Bollheimer. He is survived by: his wife Belinda Dale; his son Gregory; his grandchildren, Chuck Jolly (Mignon) of Warrensburg, Colleen Telfer (Eric) of Jackson, TN and Jessica Spain (Matt) of Decatur; and his brother Pat Bollheimer of Decatur. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
