He was predeceased by: his parents, Ira Blaine and Pauline Traughber (Dewhirst). He is survived by: his wife Elaine Traughber; his sons, Shane Traughber (Joy) of Concordia, KS and Chase Traughber (Catherine) of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Coley, Tyson, Mabel, Daphne, Finley, Paisley, Mikky and Eli; and his brothers, Arlie Traughber (Eileen) of Columbia, IL and Brian Traughber (Jan) of Decatur, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Seitz Funeral Home (118 E Main St, Moweaqua, IL 62550). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to South Shores Christian Church, Decatur, IL or Little Galilee Christian Camp, Clinton, IL.
