He is survived by: his wife Pam (Merritt); his siblings, Craig Sibthorp, Cheryl Sibthorp and Carole Bradd (Marvin); his cousin Katherine Betz; his children, Bridget Sibthorp-Moecker (Tony), Kelly Sibthorp (Johnny Power) and Jay Sibthorp (Stephanie); and his stepsons, Arly Phelps (Mary) and Brad Phelps (Laney Moore). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, five nephews.
