With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Linda Neff of Warren, Illinois, who passed away on October 8, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, John Toay and Thelma Toay; her husband Arlen "Jim" Neff; and her parents-in-law, Willard and Edna Neff.

She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Neff of Warren, IL.; her grandchildren, Nicolas Neff, Jonathan Neff (Jasmine), Timothy Neff (Emily Steitz), Andrew Neff (Joanna), Anthony Neff (Ashley), Klarissa Neff, Grace Neff (Riley), Skylar Neff and Laura Bosquez Neff; her brother Denis Toay (Janice) of Stockton, IL.; her close friend Gene; her stepgrandchildren, Amanda Deveno (Paul), Carmen Decker, Tiffany Jordan (Chad) and Beau Keegan (Angie); her niece Lisa Novak; and her nephews, Garrett Toay and Brian Toay.
