She is survived by: her husband Robert Smith of Warren, IL; her children, Brenda Warren (Mark) of Rockton, IL, Duane Lutz (Terri) of Pell Lake, WI and Bob Smith Jr. (Tammy) of Hanover, IL; and her brothers, Jerry Fox (Sharon) of Lena, IL and Bob Fox (Mary Ann) of Bloomington, WI. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren.
