He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Washington and Jenette Washington; his children, Johnny Washington, IV and Joslyn Simmons; his siblings, Shenell Washington, Tasha Washington, Fred Washington and Javarus Washington (Shawan Herrell); his nieces, Shani Washington, Shaniqua Washington and Charity Banks; his grandchildren, Ja'Shawn Washington, Johnny Washington V and Anaiah Washington; his great-nephews, Isaac Washington, Isaiah Washington and Bayo Webb; his uncle Melvin Washington; and his aunt Berida Williams.
