He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Hicks and Helen Hicks (Millwright); his brother-in-law Gene Allen Johnson; and his father-in-law Walter Johnson (Joan). He is survived by: his wife Kathy (Johnson); his grandchild Casey Moore; his brother Roger Hicks (Noni) of Warren; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Ruelle (Keith), Barb Defaut (Dan), Karen Johnson (Willy), Wally Johnson (Eleanor), Gary Johnson (Kathy) and Ken Johnson. He is also survived by numerous cousins and several nieces and nephews.
