It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Caroline Ruth Ostrander in Warren, Illinois, born in Madison, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 15, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, George J Vlahakis and Virginia Vlahakis (Meyer); and her husband William Ostrander.
