He is survived by: his spouse Jackie Devine (Panzier); his sons, C. L. Devine (Traci) of Waltonville and Josh Devine of Waltonville, Illinois; his grandchildren, Dylan of Waltonville, Jordan of Waltonville and Gage Devine of Waltonville; and his sister Patty.
