It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Diane Philp (Waltonville, Illinois), who passed away on January 5, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Ralph McCowen; and her siblings, Dyer Hamilton McCowen, Calvin McCowen, Donald Ray McCowen, Freda Mae Lemons and Jerry McCowen.

She is survived by: her daughter Susan Philp Baier (Eric) of Fort Wayne; her former husband Gene M. Philp; and her siblings, Ralph McCowen Jr. and Donna Fay Wilson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made in Diane's honor to Waltonville Community Church or Knob Prairie Cemetery.
