He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kujawa and Veronica Kujawa; and his granddaughter Sydney Kujawa. He is survived by: his grandchild Left; his wife Jane Kujawa of Waltonville, IL; his child Eugene Kujawa, Jr.; his wife Mary of DuBois, IL; his grandchildren, Dylan Kujawa (Jaci Robinson), Ryan Kujawa, Jenna Kujawa, Evan, Alana, Olivia Kujawa, Grace, Addison, Cecilia, Lola, Joseph Baldus, Reegan, Ellery and Oliver Warren; his sister Eleanor Pijut; and also, Anthony Kujawa (Karrie) of Nashville, IL, Judy Baldus (Jason) of Caseyville, IL, Joy Warren (Greg) of Shiloh, IL, Jeanette Niedbalski, Eileen Chamberlain, Fred Worley, Jerry Zmudzinski and Diane Zmudzinski. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
