He is survived by: his parents, Meredith Nowland and Marilyn Nowland (Someski); his close friend Marcena Williams of Waltonville, Illinois; his son Keith Williams of Orange, Virginia; his grandson Kameron Williams of Orange, Virginia; his brothers, Gale Nowland (Charlet) of Waltonville, Illinois, Randy Nowland (Marsha) of Waltonville and Rick Nowland (Carolyn) of Scheller, Illinois; and his sister-in-law Dee Morgan (Bob) of Joliet, Illinois. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Dale's honor to American Cancer Society or SSM Health at Home Hospice.
