She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Parker and Viola Parker (Westfall); her husband Paul "Shorty" Leroy Beal; her daughters, Rose Marie and Roxanne Marie Dobrzykowski; her granddaughter Debra Beal; and her great grandchild Mason Henry.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Beal (Ruthie) of Bonnie, Terrell McAndrew (Laura) of Fredericksburg, Virginia, Vickie Bennett of Niles, Sherry Hatton (Larry) of Bonnie, Margaret Jolly (Benny) of Dahlgren and Rhonda Skelton (Mark) of Chapel Hill, Tennessee; her brother Richard "Dick" Parker (Gloria) of Arizona; and her siblings-in-law, Peggy Beal, Cathy Beal, Ada Standerfer (Jerry) of Mount Vernon, Illinois, Clyde Beal and Pete Beal (Marylee) of Dix, Illinois.. She is also survived by several grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Charlotte's honor to SSM Hospice or to Hughey Funeral Home.
