She is survived by: her parents, Floyd Ralph Collins and Claudia Dianne Collins (Lewis); her daughters, Hannah McCollum, Meghan McCollum and Abbie McCollum; her granddaughters, Phoebe of Mt. Olive, IL and Aubrie McCollum of Mt. Olive, IL; her brothers, Floyd Collins Jr. of Charleston, IL, Jason Collins (Alexandra Collins) and Joshua Collins of Mt. Olive, IL.; and her pets, Penny Lane McCollum (Penelope), Leonardo D. McCollum and B'Elanna D. McCollum.

Donations to her funeral expense fund is being requested in lieu of flowers.
