He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto Herzog and Clara Herzog (Bambauer); and his brothers, Eugene Herzog and Marvin Herzog. He is survived by: his sister Ruth Herzog of Walsh, IL; and his close friends, Janice Bleem and Gary Liefer (Bonnie).
