It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Calvin Eggemeyer of Walsh, Illinois, who passed away on September 9, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Fritz L. Eggemeyer and Adeline Eggemeyer; his wife Earline R. Rieckenberg; his sons, Rick and Joey; his grandson Michael; and his brothers-in-law, Homer D. Rieckenberg and Randy Beitel.
He is survived by: his daughter Cathy Axberg (Kris) of Poplar Grove, IL; his siblings, Virgil Eggemeyer (Loretta) of Joliet, IL, Meldene Gorman (Frank) of Smithton, IL, Berdell Eggemeyer (Pat) of Ellis Grove, IL, Norlan Eggemeyer (Karlyn) of Walsh, IL, JoAnn Campbell (Richard) of Phoenix, AZ, Karen Mollet (Elvan) of St. Charles, MO and Peggy Beitel of Ruma, IL; and his brothers-in-law, Leroy Rieckenberg (Mae) of Campbell Hill, IL and Robert Rieckenberg (Cathy) of Delano, MN.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
