He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kramer and Iva Kramer (Rippy); his former wife Judy Near; his wife Joanne Fritz-Chapman; his children, Joanna Owens, Dean Kramer, Jim Chapman and Gary Chapman; his siblings, Carol Stanfield and Larry Kramer; his sister-in-law Shirley Kramer; and his pets, Benji and Edith.
He is survived by: his children, Stacey Hans of Sterling and Tim Kramer (Shannon) of Sterling; his son-in-law Jerry Owens of Walnut; his brothers, Ronald Kramer of Carrolton, IL and David Kramer (Sue) of Summerset, KY; and his brother-in-law Bill Stanfield of Rock Falls. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren.
