He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bert Ward and Ethel Ward (King); his spouse Rosemary E. Hammond; and his siblings, Dale Ward, Richard "Dick" Ward and Verna Lee Broers. He was also cherished by his 14 nieces and nephews.
