She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Lee and Shirley Ann Moore (Coberly); her boyfriend Randy Marlowe; and her siblings, David Higginson, Allen Moore, Dusty Moore and Johnny Moore.
She is survived by: her children, Nia Keen (HD) of Centralia, Illinois and David Moore (Nicky) of Mount Vernon, Illinois; her grandchildren, Carson McKinnis, Eli Cannon, Riggs, Emery, Tilly, Nash Cottrill, Sky Reid, Samantha Priest and Hunter Moore; her siblings, Linda Tassler, Pat Kirkland, Terry McMahon, Virgil Lee Higginson, Jr., Cathy Kedzuch (Greg), Mary Younger (Dennis), Barbara Thackrey (Brad), Jeff Moore and Becky McCune; and her close friends, Jeff and Shannon Miller. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made in Tracie's honor to the Moore Family in care of Nia Keen.
