She was predeceased by: her father Ernest Piper; her sister Jean Ann Harris; and her parents-in-law, Dorothy and Jack Caudill. She is survived by: her mother Regina Piper (Stelmazewski) of Centralia; her husband Ralph Caudill of Walnut Hill; her sister-in-law Elizabeth Collins of Minnie, Kentucky; and her close friend Vickie Holtkamp of Centralia. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Bev served as president and treasurer of Centralia Sunrise Rotary and Rotary Foundation.
