He was predeceased by: his parents, Novice Parker and Elizabeth Allen, Sr. (Kelly); his wife Anna Jean Beck; his brother Bobby Allen; his grandson Jeffrey Jones; and his great grandchild Alyssa Dennison.
He is survived by: his children, Bill D Allen (Bonnie) of Springfield, IL., Libby Dennison (Don) of Morrisonville, IL. and Bonna Rothe (Steve) of Modesto, IL.; and his close friend Bill McQuire (Virginia) of Taylorville, IL.. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials to the First Baptist Church of Morrisonville.
