She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Christian and Helen Amilia Reiher (Tieman); her husband Charles Elmer Hammann; and her brothers, Harold Henry Reiher and Louis Christian Reiher.
She is survived by: her children, Judith A. Thoron (John) of Raymond, IL, Charles R. Hammann (Peggy) of Waggoner, IL, Tina Kay Prose (late Roy Folker) of Pawnee, IL and Albert Louis Hammann (Sheila) of Carlinville, IL; and her grandsons, Chris Thoron of Edwardsville, IL, Jason Thoron of Chatham, IL, Andrew Thoron (Ashley) of Tifton, Greg Hammann (Kristy) of Atwater, IL, Jeff Hammann (Laura) of Atwater, IL, Clayton Prose (Shayna) of Girard, IL, Blake Hammann (Carissa) of Carlinville, IL, Bryce Hammann (Rachel) of Carlinville, IL and Brandon Hammann (Rebecca) of Carlinville, IL. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
