He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Burnet and Ruby Porter Burnet; his daughter Lisa; and his sister Ruth Babbe. He is survived by: his wife Linda Boyett; his children, Brad Burnet (Elaine) of Waggoner and Lori Nafziger (Andrew) of Mechanicsburg, IL; and his grandchildren, Lindsay, Jennifer Burnet, Stephanie and Pierce Nafziger. He is also survived by his wife children and grandchildren.
