We are sad to announce that on July 3, 2020, at the age of 72, John McKirgan of Waggoner, Illinois, born in Kewanee, Illinois passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John McKirgan to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell T. McKirgan and Aina Anderson McKirgan of LaFayette, IL.; his sister Betty N. McKirgan; and his grandson Zachary Nichols. He is survived by: his former wife Susan Lownsberry; his wife Linda Pocklington; his daughter Ginger Murray (Tim) of Riverton; his brother Lowell E. "Bud" McKirgan (Becky) of LaFayette; and his grandchildren, Samantha Nichols and Jordan Harrison. He is also survived by four step-grandchildren, one great-grandchild and three step-great-grandchildren, along many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family to help with burial expenses.
