She is survived by: her parents, Joseph Dornik and Mary Dornik; her brothers, Robert and John; her sisters-in-law, Ginni and Rose; her nieces, Lily and Holly; and her nephew Danny. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, and other family members; as well as many friends.
