We are sad to announce that on May 1, 2023, at the age of 75, Sylvia Ann Beardsley of Wadsworth, Illinois, born in Hancock, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, George Beardsley and Magdalen Knapstein; and her husband Lawrence Neargarder. She is survived by: her stepdaughter Melissa. She is also survived by her step-grandchildren, many cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Sylvia's memory can be made to the beagle rescue group BREW through gotbeagles.org.
