He was predeceased by: his parents, Nick and Anna (Bazja); and his brother Robert. He is survived by: his son Ronald Nicholas Sheptak of Wadsworth; his wife Diane Livingston; his daughter Kim (Carlborg); and his sister Julie (Adamo).
