Kilger, Karen Shultis and Kay Petersen (Thomas); and her grandchildren, Nancy Shultis, Audra Kilger, Steven T. Kilger Jr., Nicholas Shultis, Matthew E. Petersen, Devin Rose Petersen and Jonna M. Kilger. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Marsh Funeral Home (305 N Cemetery Rd, Gurnee, IL 60031). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Ascension Catholic Cemetery (1920 W Buckley Rd, Libertyville, IL 60048).
