He was predeceased by: his parents, Odny Reckling and Frederick Reckling; and his son-in-law Samuel Hood. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Reckling (Wallin); his children, Meagan Gauri (Anish), Jane Hood and Aaron Reckling (Julie Johnson); his grandchildren, Krishan, Jack, Hudson Wyatt, Dylan and Ireland; his siblings, Aleta Chossek (Walt), Fred Reckling (Char), Kristine Clemens and Petrina Gillman (Bryant); and his sister-in-law Jody O'Rourke. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
