He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Darte and Louisa Turigliatto Darte; his wife Marjorie L. Chappell Darte; and his siblings, Alfred Darte, Beatrice Firth, Kennard B Darte and Leona Gaudio.
He is survived by: his daughter Marcia Lynn Marek (Richard) of Zion, IL; and his grandsons, Christopher Secoy (Tera) and Jeremy Secoy (Annette). He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
