He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lloyd Elsbury and Elizabeth Doyle Elsbury; and his brother William L. Elsbury. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Lahey Elsbury; his children, Edward Elsbury (Karyn), Andrew Elsbury and Gina Sturt (Glenn); his grandchildren, Brittany Elsbury James (Brian), Mia Elsbury, Abby Elsbury, Cannon Elsbury, Ally Elsbury, Shannon Sturt and Brooke Sturt; and his siblings, Elizabeth Canfield and James Elsbury.
