He was predeceased by: his parent Henry (Helen); and his siblings, Evelyn Patruno (Lazzaro), Jeannette Bratanch (Lazzaro) and Robert Lazzaro. He is survived by: his wife Carol; his children, Henry (Theresa Lazzaro), Gina (Lazzaro), Armando Regalado, Stephen (Ashley Brzykcy), Weston (Christina Brzykcy), Andrea (Megan Lazzaro), Jeannette (Lazzaro) and John Keith; his grandchildren, Henry, Francesca, Amelia, Armando Jr., Dominic, Lumina, Ignatius, Penelope, Grace and James; and his sister Lillian (Lazzaro).
