She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony "Tony" and Violet Rukstales (Kasper); her former husband William David Pulaski; and her sisters, Vincenta Brown and Dorothy Bukantis.
She is survived by: her children, William Pulaski, Jennifer Lorenz (Karl), Matthew Pulaski (Dawn) and Christopher Pulaski (Sondra); her grandchildren, Seanna, Ryan, Isabella, Mason and Jacob; her sister Debbie Milks (Gerrit); and her brother-in-law Larry Bukantis.
