He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Johnson and Eleanor Johnson (Patterson); his sister Carroll Dibler; and his niece Kristin Dibler. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Balkin (Kevin), Craig Johnson (Amanda) and Katelyn Johnson (Jamey Stutz); his grandchildren, Liam, Logan, Kade Balkin and Charlie Johnson; and his former wife Darlene Johnson.
