He was predeceased by: his wife Maryanne; his brother Reverend Joseph P Gilbert; his mother-in-law Mary Zabukovec; his siblings-in-law, Millie, John Terchek (Jay), Alice, Edward Pasiewicz (Buck) and Jennie Zabukovec; and his nephew Bill Marsh.
He is survived by: his daughter Geralynn; his cousins, Michael Kabarec (Karen), Karol Dillivan (Tom) and Tom Kabarec; his nieces and nephews, Joan Marsh, Edward Pasiewicz (Gail), Jamie Zabukovec (Larry Thompson), Judy Derra, Janice Davis (Richard) and Julie Zabukovec (Rob McKay); his great-nephew Billy Marsh (Jeannie); his great-niece Theresa Brouillard (John); and also, Nick Jikomes, Tyler Marsh (Brooke Heyduk), Jacob Brouillard, Amanda Marsh, Brianna Marsh, Emma Brouillard, Adelina Alijoski, Bekim Alijoski, Lule Alijoski, Johana Alijoski and Malina Alojiski.
