He is survived by: his parents, Cindy Howard (Curtis) of Waukegan, IL and Larry Thompson of Waukegan, IL; his fiancée Christina Rivera Tellado of Waukegan, IL; his siblings, Terrence Thompson of San Diego, CA, Terrell Johnson of Virginia Beach, VA, Alfonte Banks (Charlotte) of Houston, TX, Cory Moore of North Chicago, IL. and Laniska (Benny Thompson) of Kenosha, WI.; and his cousin Jalissa Cleave.
